The mattress is firm and the cushions are very full so they give excellent lower back support when sitting but the back is lower than average, so keep this in mind if you require neck support. Proceed to checkout where you will be asked for your shipping information. Complete payment.  That's it! You will receive a confirmation email from us describing your order.

Our standard free shipping applies to all major destinations across Canada. All our sofas ship from within Canada. No brokerage, duty, freight or otherwise will be added to your purchase price. 

SHIPPING TO THE USA?

SHIPPING TIMES

If an item is in stock, it will ship out of our warehouse within 3 business days.  Total shipping time varies between 1- 2 weeks depending on your location. Rural areas, especially those accessible only by ferry, may incur shipping delays beyond our control. 

STOCK IN TRANSIT

If an item is out of stock, you will still be able to pre-order to reserve your sofa bed.  These orders are usually reduced in price as the lead times are longer (usually around 8 weeks).

When it reaches your area, a local driver will contact you ahead of time to arrange a suitable date and time to deliver your new sofa bed.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FREE SHIPPING?

The free shipping entitles you to standard curb-side delivery. This means that your sofa will be delivered to your address but you will be responsible for getting it into your house and setting it up. The delivery driver will contact you ahead of time to make sure you are available to receive shipment.
