We are looking for someone who is customer service oriented and retail experienced. Understanding customer needs is our priority, we want our customers to buy what they need and love what they have. Pushy sales are not our style.

The ideal candidate will be running our boutique store alone and reliability is an absolute must. Some flexibility to set the new hours and open days for the store is possible although Saturday will be required. We want the hours to work for you and our customers.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, comfortable with technology (shopify) and organized. An appreciation of furniture and interior design are considered strong assets.

Job description/duties:

Customer engagement & satisfaction both in store, on the phone and by email.
Some furniture assembly
Taking orders (Point of sale)
Keeping the showroom floor clean and organized
Opening/Closing the store
Managing orders and liaising with our delivery partners
