Neah is built with a durable metal frame and a unique combination of no-zag and pocket springs topped with a high resilient foam. Cream 365 is one of our LiveSmart performance fabrics. LiveSmart combines both performance and finish to provide unmatched durability and longevity. LiveSmart fabrics are produced exclusively with performance yarns that are encapsulated with a stain-repellent and moisture-repellent finish for exceptional cleanability. Ottawa and Toronto - Free White Glove Delivery
We are happy to offer complimentary white glove delivery and assembly in the Toronto and Ottawa areas (including the National Capital Region of Quebec) . We have partnered with local assembly companies who know our products well. They will contact you to set up a delivery date and time window.
White glove includes delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly and removal of boxes and packaging.
Delivery within Ottawa and Toronto is usually done within a week of placing an order for in stock sofa beds.
Conform Recliners are generally made to order. We occasionally have ready to deliver options, please reach out to one of our stores for more information. Made to order options are 16-18 weeks.
Ontario and Quebec (Outside Ottawa and Toronto)
Standard Freight Delivery is free to all areas of Ontario and Quebec.
Delivery is curbside. This service includes delivery of your items to your home but not indoors. Your sofa bed is delivered flat packed on a pallet. You will be responsible for getting the boxes inside and assembling your new sofa bed. Everything you need is provided and we are always here to help answer questions.
We will provide you with the shipping company details and your tracking information once it becomes available. The delivery company will schedule a timeframe with you when the shipment arrives at your local delivery terminal. Most freight companies only deliver on weekdays and during standard 9-5 business hours.
White Glove Delivery is offered wherever it is possible and at the lowest rates we can. The fee we charge is not our full cost, it is simply the cost above what we can cover. The fee outside of Ottawa and Toronto varies by location from $50-$250. The option for your area will show at checkout (before you pay). If your delivery area does not show White Glove as a delivery option but you would like this service - please contact us. We will do our best to find a solution.
Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan.
