What Our Warranty Covers
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the core components of your sofa bed, including:

How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by our warranty, please contact us with the following information:

A copy of your original purchase receipt or order number. We can help with this!

A clear photo or video of the defect.

A photo of the quality tag located inside your sofa. You'll find this tag inside the zipper of a back cushion.
Our quality department will review your claim and, at their sole discretion, determine the best course of action. In line with our commitment to environmental responsibility, we will prioritize repairing or replacing the defective part rather than the entire product.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
To be transparent, our warranty does not cover issues that are a result of normal wear and tear or improper use. This includes:
