I am so beyond happy with my Play sofa bed! It is perfect ion my space, so well made, and I love the colour. All of the staff was so helpful in the purchasing process as well. It looks so good and is so comfortable, couldn’t have chosen a better piece for my living room. My parents think it’s very comfortable as a bed when they come and stay, it’s my everyday couch, and I often put it in bed mode for movie night because it’s so easy. Every time I have people over they ask where my couch is from and I can’t shut up about The Sofa Bed Store!
After spending literally half a day trying to find a sofa bed that wasn't your typical one where the bed is pulled out from under the seating, or ugly, dated frames that come with futons, I came across an ad for The Sofa Bed Store, while visiting a different site.
I'm so happy with my purchase of my new sofa bed, that actually looks like a sofa, but operates like a cool futon. So pleased with my purchase! And the white glove delivery and set up service was professional and prompt. Thank you for a sofa bed that is comfortable and looks great!

We bought the Movie Night Sofa Bed (Queen) - Original online a few month ago. We were a little bit worried but our experience could not have been better (from the complimentary delivery and full assembly to enjoying the sofa). We absolutely love the sofa!!! Easy to unfold and supper comfortable to sleep. If you are looking for just sitting sofa, you might consider other options. This sofa is deep and is more comfortable to sit with your feet up and an additional oversized throw pillows for the extra ultimate comfort.
After much research and 3 years of waiting to purchase the Stretch sofa bed, finally the day came that we needed it so I asked for assistance and sent a sketch of the room dimensions. I was given a few options and finally decided on the Armless Movie night. The delivery was on time, it was one person who was very efficient and friendly. He put the sofa together in a little over an hour and made sure we opened and closed it on our own before leaving. The sofa itself is better in person. The colour was just as expected, it's extremely comfortable to sit on and fits perfectly in the room without blocking the door even when fully open. I am so happy I took their advice and ordered this model. It is a firm mattress, but we are used to that. We can always get a topper if necessary. Overall I am thrilled with the purchase.

We love the Sofa Bed Shop! My daughter needed a small sofa bed to fit in an awkward space in a quirky old house, and after much research, we found the perfect sofa bed at the Sofa Bed Shop. Tara is amazing! She has a special gift for making you feel comfortable, being present to answer questions while giving you ample space to test out the sofas on your own at your own pace. She helped me and my partner try out all the options that would fit into our apartment including setting up the bed configuration multiple times while we decided.
Didn’t expect to be buying a sofa bed last Friday when we wandered into the Sofa Bed Store. Thought the name of the store was a bit hokey so wasn’t expecting much. Was greeted by Marta, a lovely sales person, who pulled apart almost every sofa on display for us. And there was good variety. Best quality and comfort I had seen or experienced. And liked the fact that I wasn’t constantly being sent to a website. I got to touch and feel snd see the actual sofas. But this was Toronto and I live in Blue Mountains. No problem, said Marta. We deliver and assemble. To Blue Mountains. So I bit. And here’s the next great thing. The sofa was delivered and setup by Tuesday of the next week by Roman Moving. Prompt service. All great. I was hesitant to order a couch online without trying it, but I am glad I followed the reviews online. I couldn’t be happier with the high quality of the product, as well as the prompt follow-up to arrange white glove delivery outside of Ottawa.
