Some Atlantic province shipping may incur a fee. Particularly regions that are more remote or require tools/ferries to access. We do our best to keep these costs as low as possible.
Northern Canada Delivery
Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, including Whitehorse, Yellowknife, Iqaluit, and other northern communities are a case by case basis. Contact us for specific shipping details and timelines for northern deliveries. Delivery costs are often very high to some regions.
How Our Shipping Process Works
1. Order Placement
Browse our collection online and place your order. During checkout, enter your delivery address anywhere in Canada. Our system will calculate shipping costs based on your location. Delivery to most of Canada is free! If you are unable to check out due to your region, send us an email and we will get shipping quotes and do our best to ship to you at the lowest possible cost.
2. Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your sofa bed for shipment. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. If you have specific delivery timing requirements - let us know. We can hold on to a shipment if you are undergoing renovations, in between closing or just not ready! This happens often, go ahead and place your order to secure your sofa bed before it sells out. We'll work with you to get your sofa bed delivered when you need it.
3. Shipping & Tracking across Canada
We partner with trusted Canadian freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. You'll receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress across the country. Deliveries within our store zones (GTA and Ottawa/Gatineau) are not tracked, we use small local delivery companies to do these deliveries. We work with the same companies all the time so they know our sofa beds the best. Local delivery includes free white glove (indoor delivery to your room of choice, full assembly and packaging removal)
4. Delivery to Your Door
Your sofa bed will be delivered directly to your address. Depending on your location and the shipping option selected, delivery may include:
- Curbside delivery: The carrier delivers to the curb or building entrance
- White glove delivery: Available in select areas - includes delivery to room of choice and packaging removal

- Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 7-14 business days

FREE SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Your delivery location - almost everywhere is free!
- The delivery service level selected. Delivery within Ottawa and Toronto (including NCR and GTA) include free white glove service.
- White Glove delivery is available to many areas outside of Ottawa and Toronto. The fee is shown at checkout and is based on your distance from our stores. White Glove is always done by our local delivery partners. We charge what they charge to go outside of our store zones - you'll be surprised how reasonable white glove delivery is!
Rural & Remote Delivery
We ship to rural and remote areas across Canada! While delivery may take slightly longer and incur additional fees for very remote locations, we're committed to getting your sofa bed to you. Contact our team for a custom shipping quote if you're in a remote area.
Local Delivery
Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Customers in the GTA can enjoy faster delivery times and free white glove service service. You can also visit our Toronto showroom to see products in person.
Ottawa-Gatineau Region

Do you charge sales tax?

Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely! You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships for all freight deliveries. Local delivery appointments are more old school - the delivery company will call you to set up a delivery date and time that works for you.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
The carrier will not show up unannounced. A delivery appointment and time window will be provided to ensure you are home for delivery.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Due to the size of our products, we cannot ship to PO boxes. A physical street address is required.
What about shipping to cottages or seasonal addresses?
Yes! Just ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and contact us with special instructions. We'll do what we can!
