Ottawa and Toronto - Free White Glove Delivery
We are happy to offer complimentary white glove delivery and assembly in the Toronto and Ottawa areas (including the National Capital Region of Quebec) . We have partnered with local assembly companies who know our products well. They will contact you to set up a delivery date and time window.
White glove includes delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly and removal of boxes and packaging.
Delivery within Ottawa and Toronto is usually done within a week of placing an order for in stock sofa beds.
Conform Recliners are generally made to order. We occasionally have ready to deliver options, please reach out to one of our stores for more information. Made to order options are 16-18 weeks.
Ontario and Quebec (Outside Ottawa and Toronto)
Standard Freight Delivery is free to all areas of Ontario and Quebec.
Delivery is curbside. This service includes delivery of your items to your home but not indoors. Your sofa bed is delivered flat packed on a pallet. You will be responsible for getting the boxes inside and assembling your new sofa bed. Everything you need is provided and we are always here to help answer questions.
We will provide you with the shipping company details and your tracking information once it becomes available. The delivery company will schedule a timeframe with you when the shipment arrives at your local delivery terminal. Most freight companies only deliver on weekdays and during standard 9-5 business hours.
White Glove Delivery is offered wherever it is possible and at the lowest rates we can. The fee we charge is not our full cost, it is simply the cost above what we can cover. The fee outside of Ottawa and Toronto varies by location from $50-$250. The option for your area will show at checkout (before you pay). If your delivery area does not show White Glove as a delivery option but you would like this service - please contact us. We will do our best to find a solution.
Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan.

We purchased the Stretch sofa bed without arms in natural with black metallic legs for our music room/ guest room. The style and size are great for this transitional and often busy space, and the love seat is quite comfortable to sit on. The quality is excellent.
But oh, what that love seat can do! With its simple yet ingenious fold out system, a single person can turn it into a full dimensioned queen bed. To the thick 6.5" base we added a 2" memory foam and a quilted mattress protector, producing a bed infinitely more comfortable than any thin pullout bed we have ever had to sleep on. Our first guests stayed for five nights and had restful sleeps the whole time.
One of the best parts about this whole experience was the wonderful customer support we had. At first, there was a slight delay in shipping, but Shannon made sure that the sofa bed arrived in time for our guests' arrival. We really appreciated the impeccable white glove service in getting everything set up.

I got the Stretch to replace a bed in my spare room which I have been converting to a home work space over the last few months.
Seeing as I am not planning on having guests for quite some time, it seemed like a waste to have a whole room for a bed that isn't getting used.
The Stretch is perfect as it doesn't take up much space at all, I was surprised I could fit a Queen size! Plus it looks great and is a really nice supportive sofa.
