Comfort
Play has a solid wood frame with a combination of no-zag and pocket springs. A hyper soft foam on top creates a softness designed for seating and sleeping without compromise. The use of no-zag spring at the base provides and extra layer of elasticity and ensures the mattress has breathability.
Slip Cover
This sofa bed features a removable slipcover that is secured with Velcro for easy on-and-off access. Replacement slipcovers can be made to order in any of our fabric collections, making it simple to change up the color or keep a spare on hand while washing the original. Please email us for pricing on custom slipcovers. Slipcovers are made to order and take 20 weeks to produce.
Options
To ensure it also meets your space and style needs, it is also available with 3 arm styles. Standard, Wide and Slim. The Wide arm style comes with 2 wood arm trays. Please note that only the Wide Arm version of Play comes with the arm trays and the arm trays only fit on the Wide Arm version.
Choose Standard for a contemporary look and choose Wide to take advantage of the extra functionality of the wood arm trays.
Ottawa and Toronto - Free White Glove Delivery
We are happy to offer complimentary white glove delivery and assembly in the Toronto and Ottawa areas (including the National Capital Region of Quebec) . We have partnered with local assembly companies who know our products well. They will contact you to set up a delivery date and time window.
White glove includes delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly and removal of boxes and packaging.
Delivery within Ottawa and Toronto is usually done within a week of placing an order for in stock sofa beds.
Conform Recliners are generally made to order. We occasionally have ready to deliver options, please reach out to one of our stores for more information. Made to order options are 18 weeks.
Ontario and Quebec (Outside Ottawa and Toronto)
Standard Freight Delivery is free across Canada.
Delivery is curbside. This service includes delivery of your items to your home but not indoors. Your sofa bed is delivered flat packed on a pallet. You will be responsible for getting the boxes inside and assembling your new sofa bed. Everything you need is provided and we are always here to help answer questions.
We will provide you with the shipping company details and your tracking information once it becomes available. The delivery company will schedule a timeframe with you when the shipment arrives at your local delivery terminal. Most freight companies only deliver on weekdays and during standard 9-5 business hours.
White Glove Delivery is offered wherever it is possible and at the lowest rates we can. The fee we charge is not our full cost, it is simply the cost above what we can cover. The fee outside of Ottawa and Toronto varies by location from $50-$250. The option for your area will show at checkout (before you pay). If your delivery area does not show White Glove as a delivery option but you would like this service - please contact us. We will do our best to find a solution.
Some areas of Canada that are more rural or requires a ferrie will likely have a shipping fee. We cover what we can but some locations are simply beyond our ability to provide free shipping to. Please enquire if you think your location may be one of those areas. (PEI, Victoria Island are exapmples)
